excellent location and friendly staff

central location helpful staff clean room good breakfast

i enjoyed my stay. the location was central, near the spanish steps. the front desk staff were helpful with directions. housekeeping maintained the room well. an elevator helped. breakfast was good to start our day.

the sink was slightly clogged, it was fixed fast.

spanish steps metro station wardrobe space good size good shower poor air conditioning limited breakfast variety curt staff

The location was AMAZING!!! it was a short walk to the spanish steps and also close to a metro station. my room had a good size with plenty of wardrobe space, which i found very useful. the shower was really good too. I enjoyed it a lot.

The air conditioner didn't seem to work very well. Someone tried to fix it but it only worked so-so. breakfast didn't offer much variety and was the same every day. the front staff seemed curt.
